To fully replace a faulty product, we offer a 48 hour window limited warranty. Should a vaporizer be damaged at the point of sales, a full refund will be provided.

We offer a 48 hour limited warranty from the date of purchase for any defective vaporizer pens.

If a vaporizer battery is not functioning immediately after removing it from its packaging, we will replace it free of charge.

Please note that the milligrams are still deducted from your overall milligram count and we have no control over this, as this is mandated by the State.

If you do have a faulty vaporizer unit, you will be asked to return the defective unit with its full packaging for initial testing. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by operator misuse or abuse, disassembly or repair, cosmetic damage, water damage, tampering with the unit, damage due to using a non-specified charger, or any other external causes.
