1 cup organic granola
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon agave
1 teaspoon crystallized ginger
Mix together granola, and candied ginger.
Put a 1-inch-thick layer of yogurt into the bottom of a trifle dish
Scatter some of the raspberries over yogurt, and drizzle with agave.
Top with the granola mixture, and repeat layering once, and top with a layer of yogurt.
Place some raspberries in center of the top, drizzle with agave, and serve immediately.
